Important Notes

Visa Requirements: Please check your visa requirements for entering Kosovo in advance. Many travelers from the EU, US, UK, and other countries do not need a visa, but this depends on your nationality and current regulations. A valid passport or ID is mandatory.

Luggage Policy: Bringing luggage on this group tour is not recommended.
– There may not be sufficient space in the vehicle for bags or suitcases.
– At several stops, the vehicle is left unattended, and we cannot guarantee the safety of personal belongings. Leaving valuables inside increases the risk of theft or damage.

Tour Operation: Operates rain or shine, year-round.

Travel Tip: Kosovo uses the Euro. ATMs and exchange services are available, but not all places accept cards.

Child & Accessibility Policy Disclaimer

Children are welcome on our tours. However, by law, children under 4 years old must use a child safety seat. These seats are not available on group tours.
If traveling with a small child, we recommend booking a private tour, where a child seat can be arranged upon request.

Please note that our vehicles are not equipped for passengers with limited mobility, and some locations may include steps, uneven terrain, or longer walks.
For guests with mobility challenges or using crutches, this tour may not be suitable.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start time of the first tour included in the package.

Once the first tour has started, unused portions of the package are non-refundable, even if you choose not to join the remaining tours.

No-show (failure to appear at the scheduled departure point on time) will be considered as service used — no refund will be issued.
